    During the HIRE PERIOD the instrument remains the property of The Music Junction.

    Repairs required during the HIRE PERIOD must only be carried out by The Music Junction. If the instrument is damaged or lost during the hire period the customer will be expected to pay all costs involved.

    Monthly payments must be met or the instrument returned. Failure to do so may result in further action being taken.
